The Port of Brisbane (Fisherman Islands) is another marvel of the post-WWII boom of 1947-1983 just like the Riverside Expressway (South-East Freeway), Merivale Bridge, and the citywide railway electrification scheme of 1978-79.

Yes. Usually all freights go through either Plat.1 northbound or Plat.2 Southbound.
